A little about us

In early 2007, Steve Bolton and Nick Carlile, two highly successful property investors with multi-million-pound property portfolios, were approached by a group of franchise consultants with a proposition for what they termed the most exciting franchise opportunity they had come across in 25 years.

In building their own substantial property portfolios, Steve and Nick had created a robust template that was ideal for replication as a franchise – the perfect system to take even novice investors right through the process. Through a combination of one-to-one mentoring and a range of high-value, ongoing support services, they are building a powerful and exclusive national network of Franchise Partners (franchisees).

PPP already had 10 foundation Franchise Partners when it launched in July 2007, and by March 2008, just nine months later, there were 22, with another four couples in the early stages of the signing-up process, making PPP one of the fastest-growing franchises in the UK.

The integrity and ethics of the company shine through, and these are the kind of characteristics that generate such huge enthusiasm and loyalty between Franchise Partners.
