"Until I met Steve Bolton I was extremely sceptical about property investment education and training companies because there always seemed to be a catch. This property will cash-flow over £10k a year, giving me a return on capital employed of over 25%. I intend to refinance next year and anticipate being able to pull out most, if not all of the capital.

With more creative financing and by following other PPP strategies, I have no doubt my future purchases will give even better returns, and I thoroughly endorse what the company does and stands for.
