YOUR MENTOR – There is access to your mentor from the start and an ongoing relationship, for the duration of your franchise agreement.

THE PPP OPERATIONS MANUAL – Detailed documentation of the Platinum Process and the systems that underpin each Franchise Partner’s business. This manual covers everything, from the PPP Philosophy, Organisational Structure and Franchising, through to property acquisition, refurbishment, lettings and property management, and effective business administration.

PRE MENTORSHIP CD – Files and documents which take new Franchise Partners through PC-based preparation and research tasks and a number of development exercises, designed to ensure that Franchise Partners get maximum benefit from the Platinum Mentoring days.

ONE TO ONE MENTORING – An initial intensive two-day programme, undertaken in the Franchise Partner’s location of choice, with the focus on strategy and acquisition. This should result in the Franchise Partner quickly acquiring their first investment property. At the appropriate time, there is a one-day module focused on property renovation and refurbishment and then a further module dealing with property lettings and management.

WORKSHOPS – 4 general 2-day workshops a year, covering all aspects of the franchise business, with select guest speakers. The will be a minimum of 2 further workshops each year, focusing on specific systems, tools or techniques. These are exclusive to Franchise Partners.

CONFERENCE CALLS – In the months when there is no workshop, there is a conference call, in which all Franchise Partners are encouraged to participate. This will cover market and franchise updates and Franchise Partner feedback and success stories.

PASSIVE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES – Franchise Partners will always be given priority in any new ventures or opportunities presented by the PPP Founders and may benefit from an enhanced rate of return.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE – Access to tried and tested lettings management software at a discounted price.

BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE & TRAINING – Access to and support from PPP’s preferred bookkeeping providers.

MARKETING – Franchise Partners’ businesses are promoted on the PPP website and access to advertising on national websites is provided at an exclusive rate.

BUSINESS DEVELOMENT MANAGER – PPP provides a business development manager to ensure Franchise Partners are running their businesses as effectively as possible and maximizing returns.

KPI REPORTING – PPP conducts KPI reporting for both individual Franchise Partners and as a single entity, across the range of areas and property types.

According to the NatWest/BFA Franchising Survey 2009, 7% of franchisees have contact with their franchisor monthly and 46% weekly. A strong relationship between the two parties is proven to foster more profitable outcomes. This is one of the reasons why PPP has extensive and on-going support with Franchise Partners.
