Training and Support
PPP offers sustainable and profitable business growth, with an appreciating asset base. We believe that to truly excel in business and create sustainable wealth, it is crucial to have the right support network. This is particularly true in property, where the market is constantly changing. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to market conditions and to provide first-class training and support throughout the franchise relationship.
PPP, as Franchisor, commits to providing the following for its Franchise Partners:
- Business start-up package, including an extensive pre-mentoring component, initial one-to-one mentoring, licence to trade under the PPP name and logo, stationery, primary Operations Manual, additional technical operations manuals
- Operational support from a head office team and ongoing technical/strategy support from specialist mentors in:
- Local area research and acquisition
- Structuring deals and financing
- Planning
- Renovation and Refurbishment
- Lettings and management
- Development
- Social Media
- Access to PPP’s ‘Power Team’ of property, legal, financial and tax experts, which includes individuals and organisations that it would either prove difficult or prohibitively expensive to access otherwise
- A Business Development Manager on hand to support Franchise Partners in the running of their businesses
- KPI reporting
- A minimum of four high quality training and development workshops per annum
- An online Franchise Partner portal complete with Forum and Document Library
- Direct access to PPP’s library of personal and professional development resources, worth in excess of £20,000, to aid ongoing personal and business development
- Use of various websites and social media tools to attract and convert tenants
- An individual microsite to help partners attract passive investment, promote their brand, and to convey information
- Social and networking events to help Franchise Partners forge new and beneficial business relationships and strengthen existing ones
According to the NatWest/BFA Franchising Survey 2009, 7% of franchisees have contact with their franchisor monthly and 46% weekly. A strong relationship between the two parties has been proven to foster more profitable outcomes. This is one of the reasons why PPP encourages extensive and on-going support with Franchise Partners.
