Potential Franchise Partners must possess not only the necessary business and personal skills to succeed as a property investor, but their values must be in line with those of PPP and its existing Franchise Partners. PPP is only interested in working with like-minded individuals who all share drive, determination and a desire to give something back.
In order to ensure that every Franchise Partner continues to receive the highest level of service and support, the number of new Franchise Partners accepted in any year is tightly restricted. To maintain the integrity and strength of the network, potential Franchise Partners must fulfil the following criteria:
- £160,000 or more available capital to invest, in savings/equity/investments
- Business and management skills – able to effectively manage people and projects
- Team player with good people skills
- IT literacy, especially Microsoft Excel
- Partners (if applicable) must be supportive, even if not directly involved in the business
- Must have a burning desire to succeed in property, with the right support
- Must want to give back and help others
- Desire to have balance in life: finances, health, relationships, etc
- Must fit into the team and share PPP’s values
- The PPP Founding Partners have to like you!
