Who is an Ideal PPP Franchise Partner?

PPP takes great care in appointing only those who are suited to owning and developing a successful business in the property sector. The factors which we consider to be most important in becoming a Franchise Partner are the following:

• You already have/had a successful business or career
• You have a desire, determination and motivation to achieve financial freedom
• You meet the entry level financial criteria by having in excess of £300,000 (including the franchise fee) in equity or liquid funds to invest
• You possess good business and management skills
• You have the ability to effectively manage people and projects
• You are I.T. and financially literate
• You will always maintain the high standards of service associated with the PPP brand.
• You understand and believe in PPP’s Mission statement of ‘Be More, Do More, Have More and Give More’

You Must

• Have access to a minimum of £300,000 (including the franchise fee) in liquid funds, equity or have someone willing to invest alongside you.
• Buy into the mission, ethos and values of Platinum Partners
• Have an initial phone consultation with one of our Investment Directors
