Platinum Discovery Day
Our Discovery Days give prospective Franchise Partners the opportunity to talk in detail about our investment strategies, see inside a working business model and discuss their own situation with a number of key members of the Platinum team on a one to one basis. They allow us to get to know each other better to see if there is a fit of values and goals – we only work with people we like and trust.
The days are predominately held in Bournemouth and periodically around the country and cover the PPP Franchise opportunity. As well as prospective Partners, we also regularly invite other specially selected industry professionals, investment advisors and prospective business associates of our Franchise Partners.
Making the decision to partner with PPP is not to be taken lightly – we aim to work with investors for the long term – and we firmly believe that transparency is key in making that decision.

Qualification Criteria
In order to qualify for a place on a Discovery Day, you must:
- Have access to a minimum of £300,000 investment capital, currently either in cash or in equity or other investments that can be released
- Buy into the mission, ethos and values of Platinum Property Partners
- Have an initial phone consultation with one of our Investment Directors
