Platinum Property Partners First Franchise Partner Becomes a Published Author

discovery days

Discover in 3 minutes how a Platinum Discovery Day can equip you to make the most from property.

Platinum Property Partners very first Franchise Partner (franchisee), Neil Mansell, has published their first book Wage Slave to Financial Freedom: How the Right Property Investment Strategy Helped a First Time Buyer Escape the Corporate Rat Race.

At 27, Neil Mansell was working as a Business Development Manager in London, dissatisfied and frustrated with his job. By 30, he was earning enough from his property portfolio to leave that job. He has since become one of the UK’s leading experts on cash positive property investing, and now mentors and supports others in their quest for financial security and a better quality of life.

The book is Neil’s story of how he made the transition from corporate life to running his own highly profitable property business. In it, he charts his fears, how he overcame the challenges that faced him and shares the moments that made all the difference between failure and success.

“90% of the world’s wealth is made or held in property, so for me it seemed like the obvious place to start a business. However, I knew of lots of people that had made very costly mis-takes and I wanted to maximise my profits and minimise my risks. Discovering the PPP fran-chise was the turning point. I quickly realised that Platinum Property Partners had the expe-rience, systems and support I was looking for. Most of all, the profits they were making from every single property was higher than anything I had ever come across. For me that sealed it and I have never looked back.” Neil Mansell

Neil currently has 15 highly profitable PPP buy-to-let investment properties. Furthermore, it now only takes Neil an average of 10 hours a week to manage his business because PPP is a management franchise that ultimately allows you to exit the day-to-day running, so dealing with tenants and property management issues is something that Neil employs people to do on his behalf.

“An inspiring account of an ordinary young man’s journey to financial freedom. Everyone who reads this book will doubtless recognise the positive changes they can make to bring greater success to their own lives.” Richard Alvin, Group Managing Director, Capital Business Media
