In the current property market there are a large number of highly profitable property projects that can be secured. We are able to purchase properties for refurbishment and/or redevelopment at very competitive prices because of our extensive knowledge of the property market and the contacts that we have developed over the years.

We will normally use loan funds to buy a property for cash and then refinance with a traditional mortgage lender once we have improved the property. Loan capital is then either repaid or funds are rolled into another project, as agreed by both parties. This is the reason we can offer better returns for longer loan terms.
