Steve is an inspirational, unconventional and highly successful entrepreneur and property investor. He lives in Bournemouth with his wife and three children. Steve was following stocks and shares at the age of 8, was gambling on horses by 11, left school at 16 with no qualifications, and had made his first million by the time he was 30.
Highly regarded as a keynote speaker on entrepreneurship, property investing and "life balance", Steve is passionate about showing people how to make money, have a better quality of life, and also "share the wealth" with those less fortunate. He helps people to break out of their comfort zone and set higher standards for themselves and their life in general.
Steve's book The Seven Biggest Mistakes Made by Property Investors and How to Avoid Them is essential reading for all those involved in property investment, or who are thinking about starting their own portfolio. Through inspiration, encouragement and mentoring, Steve knows how to make people more wealthy, healthy and happy.
Away from work, Steve enjoys being on his boat, playing tennis and flying helicopters. He takes an average of one week's holiday every month (three months per annum), to spend quality time with his wife and children, so they can travel the world and continue to get a varied and balanced education.
Nick Carlile

Nick Carlile is 32 years of age and lives in Barnsley, South Yorkshire with his wife, Emma.
After qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor, Nick worked for various construction companies on a wide variety of construction projects throughout the UK. He bought his first property at the age of 19 and continued to invest in residential property over subsequent years, before choosing to move into portfolio building and developing for himself full time in 2004.
Nick has been actively involved in many property developments including many of his own projects. He has also assisted many clients with the acquisition and management of numerous projects.
As a qualified and experienced Quanitity Surveyor he is able to identify and manage the risks associated with large scale construction projects.
He is currently developing numerous development sites throughout the country worth several millions of pounds. He is also involved in the trading of land and property throughout the UK and Eastern Europe.
Outside work Nick enjoys most sport especially golf and running. He takes part in the Great North Run every year, along with 50,000 others, to raise money for charity.
