Discovery Days
As PPP’s business and reputation have grown, so has the number of people looking to work with us. Making the decision to partner with PPP is not to be taken lightly – we aim to work with investors for the long term – and we firmly believe that transparency is key in making that decision.
For those who have already met with us at an event and/or qualify, we have introduced Discovery Days, which are usually held in Bournemouth, close to PPP’s head office, and occasionally in Barnsley, where the Platinum Portfolio Builder operation is based.
Our Discovery Days give prospective Platinum Partners the opportunity to talk in detail about our strategies, see inside a working business model and discuss their own situation with a number of key members of the Platinum team on a one to one basis. They allow us to get to know each other better to see if there is a fit of values and goals – we only work with people we like and trust. At the end of the day, there is no hard sell, just a clear explanation about the next steps in the Platinum Partner recruitment process.
Over the course of the day you will have the exclusive opportunity to:
- Discover why property is one of the most secure and robust investment vehicles available to us
- Find out how investment with PPP can solve your pension provision worries and provide you with a significant income stream
- Learn more about the active Franchise and passive Investment opportunities, including Platinum Portfolio Builder
- Hear current Franchise Partners present detailed case studies of their investment journey with PPP
- Go on a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of some of the properties in a current Franchise portfolio
- Speak with the Founders, existing Franchise Partners and selected members of PPP’s ‘Power Team’ in a one-to-one round-robin session
- Stay on for optional drinks, canapes and networking into the evening with the team and other prospective investors.

In addition to prospective Partners, we also regularly invite other specially selected industry professionals, investment advisors and prospective business associates of our Franchise Partners, so that they can gain a deeper understanding of PPP and strengthen our business to business relationships. This also gives you access to an additional level of networking it may be difficult to find elsewhere.

The Discovery Day is aimed at people who are already close to making a decision about becoming a Franchise or Investment Partner.
