The PPP Team
Steve Bolton – Founder
Steve Bolton is the multi-millionaire Founder of the fastest growing premium franchise in UK history. Platinum Property Partners continues to break records in both the Franchising and Property Investment sectors.
Platinum Property Partners is a business franchise that enables its clients to buy, refurbish and rent out residential UK investment property in the most profitable manner possible.
PPP is an award winning Landlord, a member of British Franchise Association and the UK’s leading provider in this sector. PPP properties achieve an average ROI of 15%, and after paying all costs (mortgage, bills, maintenance and voids), an average PPP property will generate £15,000 gross profit per annum from rental income alone.
Steve is passionate about helping other people achieve financial freedom, allowing them to be more, do more, have more and give more in life. Steve is the President of the Patrons programme for Peace One Day (non-profit organisation) where other patrons include high profile people like Simon Woodroffe (Founder Yo! Sushi and Yotel) and Anil Agarwal (114 richest billionaire in the world). The work of Peace One Day is responsible for saving millions of lives around the world every year.
Richard Davies – Founding Partner & Financial Director
Richard’s extensive commercial experience and extraordinary ability to predict future market trends have established his reputation as one of Europe’s leading property investment professionals.
Following a fast-track career with Foxtons estate agency, working in Kensington & Chelsea, where Richard was responsible for starting and growing the short-term lettings arm of the business, he moved into property development full-time, buying, developing and selling sites in south west London for significant profits. In 1999 he also wrote his first book, ‘Property Developer Secrets’.
In 2000, Richard took three years off to travel the world and research international property investment opportunities, then in 2003, together with Neil Lewis, he founded the Visium Group, to capitalise on the opportunities he’d recognised in Eastern Europe.
Richard is involved with PPP at a strategic level, as one of the Board of the Platinum Partners, and at a tactical level, as Finance Director. His past training as an accountant, combined with his extensive business and property experience, has given him the skills and abilities to collate, manage and interpret financial data in a powerful and effective manner. He stands out from more traditionally trained FDs who, typically, have far less property and commercial experience and understanding.
