About Us

Steve Bolton – Founder
Having left school with no qualifications a love of the outdoors and a natural flair for teaching others led Steve to an apprenticeship working in outdoor pursuits where he started to realise his own potential. He moved on a few years later and set up his first business, Ropes Course Developments, which built all the high and low adventure ropes courses for Center Parcs, First Choice Holidays and the RAF in Europe, as well as courses in 12 other countries. Once that was established, he started another business providing management consultancy and development training, servicing a number of well-known blue chip and other high-profile clients including the British Lions, Microsoft and KPMG.
In the economic fallout that followed the tragic events of September 11th 2001, Steve’s businesses were all but wiped out, and he was forced to sell his own home to avoid bankruptcy. He credits that period as being “the best worst experience of my life” as it taught him the power of owning underlying assets. If he had owned his business premises which, over a 7 year period and in a fast-rising property market, would have translated into a substantial asset base, he probably could have ridden out the storm. Steve learnt from this fundamental mistake and made sure he rebuilt his fortune on the solid foundation of property.
Steve now owns a multi-million pound property portfolio and helps others achieve the same through the business he founded, Platinum Property Partners. He is passionate about showing people how to set higher standards for themselves, in order to make money, have a better quality of life and, importantly, share their wealth with those less fortunate. Steve is the President of the Patrons programme for Peace One Day and supports many good causes through PPP.
Steve is the author of the essential guide to the key business principles that underpin successful property investing – ‘Successful Property Investing: How to earn £50,000 to £150,000 in two to five years’.
Steve lives in Bournemouth with his wife and four children and enjoys spending time on the water, fishing and boating. Connect with Steve on LinkedIn
Richard Davies – Partner & Finance Director
Following a fast-track career with a leading London estate agency, where he was responsible for starting and growing the short-term lettings arm of the business, Richard moved into property development full-time, buying, developing and selling sites in south west London for significant profits. In 1999 he also wrote his first book, ‘Property Developer Secrets’.
In 2000, he took three years off to travel the world and research international property investment opportunities then, in 2003, he founded the Visium Group (Property Secrets), to capitalise on the opportunities he’d identified in Eastern Europe.
Richard’s extensive business and property experience has given him the skills and abilities to collate, manage and interpret financial data in a powerful and effective manner. He stands out from more traditionally trained FDs who, typically, lack in-depth understanding of the property sectors.
Richard lives in the New Forest with his wife, children, two dogs and too many horses.
Steve Hogan – Operations Director
In his former corporate life, Steve held board level positions with some of the major UK and International FMCG companies. In 2007, Steve and his wife, Linda, joined Platinum as Franchise Partners. Steve quickly established himself as a star performer in the Franchise, quickly building a profitable £2 million portfolio in the UK and overseas and undertaking more challenging residential developments. After delivering exceptional results in short-term project-based internal roles for Platinum Property Partners, Steve’s talents were recognised and he was asked to take up a Board level position.
Steve now heads up Operations for Platinum Property Partners. He leads and manages the team that provides ongoing training and support to Platinum’s Franchise Partners. His PPP Franchise property business in Aylesbury has been fully systemized so it produces a passive income stream. It is managed day-to-day by an employee.

Paul is an IT professional with an impressive career in sales and marketing, primarily in the high tech telecommunications solutions sector. His 30-year career culminated in him holding the position of Vice President of Sales for a telecommunications software company, but after he had reached this position, he began to reassess his options.
Platinum Property Partners “PPP” stood apart from other franchises for Paul, as it was the only business that was based around the accumulation of tangible assets and, importantly, was also the only one that offered the very real possibility of achieving significant passive income.
Paul and his wife, Linda, now own a PPP franchise, through which they are building a highly cash-positive property portfolio in Berkshire and Surrey. Paul is also responsible for recruiting and managing affiliates and partners in the career guidance and outplacement sector and other suitable industries who can assist PPP in identifying suitable new Franchise Partners.
